If you receive an incorrect item or one that is damaged, please contact us by e-mail immediately.
All returns should be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Due to the nature of our products the items should be returned unused, unopened and in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels intact. Please note that any returns that are opened, damaged/soiled or without their original labels will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Please first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can initiate your return. Return your items along with your name and full address and please confirm the reason for return. Enclose this with your returned goods using the original packaging and with all labels attached as described above. Please post within 14 days (7 days for sale/special offer items) and send to:

The cost of returning items must be met by the buyer unless the goods are incorrect or faulty. Please remember that the goods remain your responsibility until reaching us; We therefore recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and that you obtain proof of posting. Refunds are made within 14 working days of receipt. Please note we can only refund to the method of payment / original card used to purchase the goods. The above policy relates to goods purchased under the Distance Selling Regulations only.
