Microsclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy is the treatment designed to manage problem leg veins from telangiectasia or 'spider veins' to reticular veins, which are larger and often referred to as 'feeder' veins.
The treatment involves injecting a 'sclerosant' into the vessel, which hardens the vein before it reabsorbs into the body. Treating the 'telangiectasias' is known as Microsclerotherapy.
Microsclerotherapy treatments require a consultation and are for uncomplicated leg thread veins and not for Varicose veins.
